Keller/Dex implied
Jennifer Keller walked slowly into her rooms on Atlantis. What had started as a date, turned quickly disastrous nearly culminating in her death. For a few minutes there she had felt as if she were back home again, looking at her friends, then suddenly she was there staring at Dr. McKay. She felt so grateful that he had brought her back. She flopped onto her bed. Things were getting way too complicated for her. First there was Ronon Dex, always watching her and always near her, she had been afraid he was suspicious, and then she realized he cared for Keller. Getting rid of him was easy, just a quick brush off, and he was gone. He had stopped showing up at unexpected moments so she had time to search. McKay wasn’t a problem; he was so egotistical that he never noticed anyone else. Cozying up to him seemed to be working. It was distasteful, but would give him a reason to start bragging. Maybe he knew where it was? She needed to complete her mission and move on. She sat up on her bed; she needed to find it and now! But where was it? She had already searched the infirmary and several of the science labs. Maybe McKay knew of an unused lab somewhere that could suit her purposes?
Neeva sighed and looked into the mirror; Jennifer Keller’s face stared back at her. Just a few more days and she will have what the Genii sent her for, and then she could go home. No one would believe Keller’s wild tale about being held captive for several weeks in another body, and she, Neeva, would be well paid for her job.
The door sounded and Neeva smiled at Jennifer in the mirror, McKay was here for a romantic walk, just what she needed to scope out more of the city.
