Yes, these are limited requests. I'm going to accept requests for icons from eight people, that's it. I have a broad knowledge of fandom, so if you ask me for something I don't usually icon I probably know about it anyway. If I don't, I don't mind digging around and doing a little research.
You can provide me with pictures or I can find my own, I don't have a problem with finding my own. But if you provide me with pictures you know what's going to get icon'd.
When you request, please provide the fandom (series), character(s), and if you can a Japanese site of that fandom, but that's not necessary. I'll make as many icons as I feel like! \o\ And all will be posted in my next post for all to see.
