Big Data developer:
Clicktale’s R&D Analytics group is looking for a Big Data Developer for streaming and processing billions of events per month into our database cluster infrastructures as well as continually improving database performance and creating database API’s.
* At least 5 years of experience with Java/Scala object oriented design and programming -a must.
* Hands-on experience with SQL and databases.
* Experience with systems with either high performance or high throughputs.
* Proficiency in Linux environment; scripting and configuration
* Willingness to take initiative and contribute beyond your own responsibilities.
* Bachelor's degree in computer/natural science or equivalent experience
Advantages:
·Experience with Big data processing engines Spark/Flink
·Experience with messaging systems RabbitMq, Kafka, ZeroMq, ActiveMq
·Experience with CI-CD tools including Jenkins and Salt
·Experience with NoSQL databases, Cassandra/Hadoop/ElasticSearch/Aerospike/Redis stack
·Expert knowledge of Vertica or other MPP architecture, performance tuning, and optimization techniques such as sharding and partitioning
Full stack developer
As a developer in the application team you will be a part of building Clicktale’s new Analytic application, this will include owning features from it’s designing phases to it deployment and enablement to our customers
·B.Sc in computer science or equivalent
·3+ years development experience in server-side development
·Experience in client-side development using modern SPA JS frameworks
·Strong understanding of JS for both server and client, using typescript and ES6
·Strong understanding of REST and web APIs
·Good knowledge of both relational and document DB systems
·Ability to write a clean, clear and test-driven code
