CEO position at an early stage start-up company
An early stage start-up company (since 2016) specializing in gas purification and vacuum applications - targeting its unique know how and patented technologies to a huge market space - is searching for a CEO - Partner.
Challenges -
Leverage the high potential research and development activity and turn it into a global successful company. Lead a company from almost scratch to success.
Engage in a wide spectrum of activities ranging from routine and administrative tasks to high level and strategic issues including the right direction for the company and next rounds of investments.
Work closely with the reputable CTO and founder of the company (totally R and D person who speaks only Russian) and the second founder who is a business entrepreneur involved in several other companies.
The ideal candidate will have a significant business and operational experience, a passion to build and succeed and high level of proficiency in Russian and English.
Background in a start-up setting is highly desirable.
