Outline Role Description:
To provide infrastructure and application presales support for channel based and direct sales opportunities across all NICE Enterprise product lines.
The Solution Engineer will work closely with the Country Manager and Sales channels to assist in the qualification of prospects and help define and execute on account plans. He/She will liaise at both a technical and commercial level with potential customers and existing users to assist in the production of first class business winning sales propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and deliver compelling, customer centric offer (Presentations, Demos, Pricing, ROI) by connecting technical features to business drivers and pain points
Professionally and independently conduct discovery conversations and needs analysis for both business and technical topics Moved up
Responsible for development and delivery of overview presentation and demonstration of product lines
Lead in all technical aspects of the sales process.
Manage and interpret customer requirements and use astute questioning skills to understand, anticipate and exceed customer needs.
Influence and educate clients that NICE’s solution will best satisfy their needs in terms of ease of use, quality, benefit and value.
Assist services to estimates SOW for delivery during the sales cycle (change from Development service estimates for delivery to assist sales on business benefits and ROI creation)
Assist with definition and execution of successful proof of concepts (POC), where appropriate.
Strong teamwork required with sales and development teams.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Provide product feedback and suggestions to Product team members.
Able to promptly respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Act as an integral team member working to achieve regional and team sales goals
Work closely with Business Partners to enable and nurture their sales and pre-sale abilities.
Required Skills:
Hebrew, Russian & English are MUST
Any other Slavic language is an advantage
The Solution Engineer will have a proven track record of working within a demanding technical sales environment and will be able to work on complex projects unsupervised.
The individual will be well organized to clearly be able to define, priorities and track long and short terms tasks.
The individual will be a Self-starter, demonstrating a pro-active and constructive approach to projects - even in difficult circumstances
The individual must be dynamic and goal oriented, able to multi-task effectively with strong sense of urgency, complemented by an ability to probe, analyse, determine business objectives and articulate a technological solution.
Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to tailor presentations and discussions to the specific audience will be required in order to effectively communicate at both a technical and commercial level with potential customers and existing users.
Excellent written skills and a high level of attention to detail will enable this individual to produce first class business winning proposals and quotations in addition to effective inter-company correspondence.
Within the NICE sales environment efficient time management will be a necessity.
Finally the individual will associate customer satisfaction with personal credibility, achievement of goals and job satisfaction.
Education and Background:
Graduate in Electronics Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent level qualification.
Must have a strong understanding and background in telephony systems.
Experience of recording systems in general and NICE in specific, is an advantage.
Experience of telephony systems is an advantage.
Must be flexible, highly motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
