F5 Networks’ is looking for VP of Engineering to lead a group of best talents. Lead the overall development and QA activities in Tel Aviv for F5 security products. This role is responsible for driving the BIG-IP ASM and BIG-IP FPS product and technology line, supporting the F5aaS deployments for external and internal services and expanding Cloud technology and integration with our partners. We are looking for an inspirational leader with keen business insight, strong technical skills and a passion to impact the marketplace. This position reports to the SVP of Engineering and will be located in Tel Aviv Israel. Profile of successful candidate:

Automation Software Engineer (Versafe) -
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js - must.
• Experience developing automation systems - must.
• Knowledge of Selenium - must.
• Knowledge of MySQL - advantage.
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to write design specifications, review test plans - written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to learn new things.
• Proven ability to write high-quality, maintainable backend code as well as usable API interfaces.
• Proven experience developing test automation systems.
• Experience in Linux - must.
• Experience with MySQL - advantage.
• Knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS - strong advantage.

Software Engineer III (Traffix) -
• 5+ years’ experience in Java/C++ development
• Experience with multithreaded systems
• Experience with network programming
• Object Oriented design and fluency in the use of Design Patterns
• Analyze application protocols using Wireshark.
• Unix/Linux scripting languages (Python, Lua, Bash, etc) - advantage
• NoSQL Database experience - advantage
• Known university graduate

C / C++ Engineer (F5) -
• Solid understanding of object oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experienced in developing in C++ under Unix/Linux
• Knowledge of HTTP protocol, TCP/IP networking

• Gives attention to detail and accuracy
• 3-5 years of experience in C/C++
• Experience in object oriented programming, knowledge of design patterns.
