Key Responsibilities
Manage a support team to provide first and second level support to Zuznow’s Customers
Set clear objectives, evaluate progress and instill a high performance culture with focus on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues
Manage the technical support and service team at the company.
Manage support department to ensure that all support inquiries in queue are handled satisfactorily and in an appropriate timeframe
Escalation resolution and follow up on unresolved issues
Update support documentation as needed
Create documents and procedures, hire and mentor employees
Encourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively together
Required Qualifications & Experience
2-3 years experience in Technical Support Management or 2-3 years of experience as a senior front end developer
Fluent with CSS, JavaScript, HTML
Experience in defect resolution processes
Working in Startup is a plus
