You responsibilities will include:
· Gather data requirements from all consumers, consolidate where appropriate, align data requirements with the enterprise data model.
· Review existing data sources, assess their quality and relevancy to the requirements
· Support delivery programs as a data SME in planning the adoption of the new data store
· Exhibits the initiative for working and anticipating the needs of senior business managers. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Data requirements.

To qualify you would need to have:
· Ten plus years of relevant experience
· Proven experience and superb knowledge of the Financial Services data model is essential with focus on reference data and the trade lifecycle across more than one asset class.

· Discipline and able to deliver complex projects

A new opportunity is opening with the forming of a cross-Compliance Data program responsible to drive the Data strategy, the articulation of Data standards and requirements, Design and Build of the new data store, and the solution for automating and simplifying the enforcement of quality and coverage check processes.

· Analyze existing ETL code in both PL/SQL, Informatica and shell script, and determine impacts and remediation.
· Understand Database and Informatica Performance tuning techniques.
· Build the logical data model using both relational and dimensional modelling techniques as appropriate
· Design core database assets, Provide data architectural services and ensure consistent standardized solutions.
· Align with and collaborate in the refinement of data architecture team guidelines
