Trusteer, a part of IBM Security Group, is seeking a Client R&D Manager, to lead and oversee the development of Trusteer’s endpoint security solutions, for preventing advanced malware threats on Windows, OS/X and mobile platforms.
Requirements :
Experience in managing software development groups.
Experience and excellent understanding of the Win32 API and Knowledge of Win32 Internals (Must).
Languages: C++ or C (Must), thorough understanding of at least one dynamic language (e.g. JavaScript) (Must)
Outstanding software design skills (Must)
Reverse engineering capabilities (Must)
Knowledge of OS/X development and internals - advantage
Knowledge of mobile development and internals - advantage
Intricate knowledge of architecture and internals of various browsers - advantage.
Past working experience in a security related team or company - advantage.
Knowledge of Win32 Kernel - advantage.
Good Assembly Language skills - advantage.
Consumer oriented systems development -advantage.
Passion for hands on development.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Excellent capabilities in the field of software architecture; including the ability to devise architectures for large scale systems
Ability to implement the R&D processes, including a structured development lifecycle, training procedures and review procedures.
Excellent coding and code criticizing skills
Self-learning ability
