- Responsibility for New Product Introduction and Productization, transfer from R&D to building an actual multidiscipline system including HW, Mechanical, Power, and SW
- Design of the actual systems based on architectural guidelines from R&D. It includes Layout, Bill of Material, Inter-connection for the different systems.
- HW Module level - responsibility for over 500 modules types (Servers, Storage, Networking, etc.) - new product introduction and continuous engineering for the install base.
- Mechanical and Power design of Comverse products, including cabinets design, PDU’s and more
- Comverse product compliance - EMC, Safety, NEBS, REACH, WEEE, etc
- SW Engineering - 3rd party SW bill of material, ensuring the company complies with the US and Israeli Export Regulations rules.
- Manufacturing Engineering and Production line support
- Excellent understanding of Comverse Supply Chain Management, from all of its different perspectives
- Pre-Sale Support
- Responsibility for the Pre-Sale configuration application - CQS
- Project level supporting the pre-sale engineers providing optimizations, customizations.
- Responsibility for Quality in the SCM, continuous quality management as well leading compliance with the different external audits
Job Requirements
Education:
A significant number of years of experience, primarily in Supply Chain Management for a publicly traded technology company
BS degree required (Engineering degree preferred)

· Implement load test process stages.
· Analyze load requirements and be able to generate the load tests (Stability, Maintenance, High Availability and Recovery, Negative, Stress/Extreme) and load test documents.
· Write scripts in Load Runner or in Access Engine (Comverse internal tool).
· Prepare the load environment and setup the system (Install/Upgrade the system, simulators installation and setup, calculate the concurrent users and build the scenario accordingly).
· Run load tests on the system with various scenarios, while monitoring the system performance, pointing on the problematic results and/or specific problem.
· Run benchmark to examine Units and SW capabilities and limitation.
· Analyze the load results and create load reports.
· Report on defects using defect management tool (e.g. Clear Quest).
· Write final load report and present it.
· Work closely with load plans and raise a red flag in case of deviation.
