Position Description
Renewal sales representative responsible for renewing service contracts in EMEA via telephone and e-mail.
Responsibilities
Work with business customers, partner channels, and distributors to close renewal support contracts
Issue quotes and be able to negotiate with channels and existing customers
Being creative and thinking outside of the box to increase company revenues
Meet and exceed quarterly targets
Maintain an ongoing relationship with channels and customers
Continue to track and deal with declined customers
Work with local sales teams and product managers around the world.
Track and maintain renewal contracts and data base integrity in the ERP
Requirements
Previous sales experience in hi-tech companies for the global market
Experience in working with business customers
Fluent English (speaking and writing business level), a must
Sales skills
Customer-oriented and interpersonal skills
Good communications and negotiation skills
Independent worker, a must
Ability to work under pressure with multiple interfaces
