The Role:
Initiating and implementing retention strategies in order to retain and optimise profitable
players.
Increasing first time depositors and improving the Company conversion rate across all
Brands, by designing and implementing campaigns to new and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Retention Manager will be responsible for:

Actively monitoring and analysing different player segments in order to initiate
