A fast growing American company that provides online international payment solutions and issues prepaid debit Visa and MasterCards is seeking a Russian-speaking Community Manager.
The Russian-speaking Community Manager is responsible for working with the rest of the community management team to communicate with potential users and the existing userbase via social media channels, such as forums and blogs, with the objectives of increasing partner acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities would include:
· Community Evangelism: Consistently monitor the company's perception online. Be the voice of the company in social media, on blogs, internal and external forums, etc. Strengthen existing relationships and cultivate new ones to help generate leads.
· Social Media Outreach: Along with the community management team, create buzz-generating contests and promotions on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
· Content Writing: Channels include the company blog, email, and various social media activities.
· Develop relationships with leaders in our community: Be proactive in establishing relationships with the goal of lead generation and positive mentions in various social media.
· Develop relationships with bloggers in our various verticals with the purpose of getting positive mentions and lead generation.
Required Skills
· Experience in community management is a plus, but not necessary if you live and breathe the Internet and social media.
· Russian mother tongue
· Excellent writing & communication skills in Russian
· Active Facebook and Twitter accounts (you will never be required to use them for business, this is just to see you are active)
· Activity on any type of online forums
· Web Savvy, familiarity with existing social media trends; Early adopter
· Proactive and a self-starter
· Ability to multitask and troubleshoot, remaining solution focused, and remaining calm under pressure
· Strong attention to details and strong organizational skills
· High-level English -- a bonus
· Experience in sales -- a plus
· Experience in B2B marketing -- a plus
· SEO knowledge (link building, SEO content writing, etc.) -- a plus
· PR experience -- a plus
· Experience in eCommerce or financial website -- a plus
