Looking for UI/UX Designer in center.
We are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer .
Job description:
- Building customer journeys, cracking concepts, writing characterization documents;
- Product research including user research and market research, benchmarks, user interviews,
 usability tests and characterization of the target audience;
- Forming and creating detailed UX specifications for cross-platform interfaces;
- Full responsibility for all phases of characterizing the user interface;
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in user experience characterization and user interface planning
(WEB / applications / complex websites / responsive / systems) - mandatory;
- Introduction and leadership in the worlds of UX and CX;
- Full control of user interface characterization software including building prototypes
 (the studi - works with XD and aspires t - switch to Figma);
- Familiarity and experience with interface testing methods and research;
- Relevant training/degree: visual communication from one of the academies for design / psychology / UX;
- Relevant work portfolio - mandatory;
- High interpersonal skills and excellent communication with designers and developers;
- Experience and ability in the professional management of projects with clients - a significant advantage;
