Looking for R&D Team Leader in TA.

is looking for a passionate leader with deep software knowledge and proven management
experience to lead our growing team.
Our engineering culture embraces cutting-edge technologies, clean code for our payment
systems that support millions of users across the world. We work in small teams, follow Agile
work methods, and use continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies to release
quickly while maintaining the high quality of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of team projects
- Managing software development, providing technical leadership & guidance. Including:
- Design & code reviews
- Hands-on development with .NET Core in Google Cloud Platform
- Seeking and choosing technical solutions to meet current and future needs
- Ensuring adherence to technical standards for product development
- Accountability for the quality of the teamwork
- People management
Nice to have:
- Experience in working with python and NoSQL databases
- Expert level in web development with JS\TS and frontend frameworks
- Experience in fin-tech and e-commerce
- Experience working with lean methodologies
- Knowledge of micro-services and event-driven architecture
- B.Sc. in Software or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years software development experience
- One year as a development team leader in an agile methodology
- Expert level in OO design and strong knowledge development in C#
- Deep understanding in fundamental SW engineering topics and genuine interest in technology
- Understanding of the full development cycle, including testing and productization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
