If the Black Order goes over their budget, it must be Komui's fault. What's with all those destructive and useless Komurins he keeps building!? XDDD

I think that the Black Order has a nigh infinite budget. The Vatican would have quite a chunk of chance to throw around...

Some of the komurins are useful, but all we know about komurin I is that it was destroyed for trying to eat Kanda's soba.
