1. Abby you sing prettily 2. Girl Interrupted 3. CUPCAKES! (it's not a dish but it's good enough ;)) 4. Poccahontas in the turner halls 5. (clearest) late msn talks a couple years ago, you were an amazing listener and an amazing confidant. 6. Kawala! 7. You've been to soo many places (lived and visited), which would be the place you cherish most, and which would be the place you'd want to return to to live & why?
I lived the longest in Brampton (7 years + 2 work terms). And that was between the ages of 10 and 17 (then returning later for work terms).
I think those were huge self defining years for me. It was in Brampton where I became someone other than my parents daughter. This is when I grew up, I chose to go into sciences and technology, and my faith transfered from what my parents believed to something I believed.
I really don't think I'll go through as much anywhere else, even if I live there for 50 years. So Brampton - and all the people that influenced me there, would be the place I cherish the most.
But I'd love to live in the Philippines one day. So I'd have a chance to pick up the language, and absorb the culture. That would be nice.
brampton is nice.. the thing is .. as we get older everyone will move up and out. some people may stay back in brampton, but not everyone.. you know? but it is true, here is where i learned a lot about myself and grew a lot. endured a lot and became the person i am today. =)
the philippines is nice. let me know if that works out for you
