It's the little victories...
So, I'm really proud of myself. I walked to the library all by myself. I have only managed to do that one other time since I moved here. Today it was hard, but I made it. I know that doesn't sound like much to most people...but it's HUGE to me!
Not much has been going on really, same stuff...different day. I have had what feels like a million doctor appointments lately. I am happy that I do not have a single appointment this week. I could use the "rest".
My mum, dad and Kirby are coming up for Thanksgiving. As far as I know, my younger brother and his family are coming up too. :) I'll be having Thanksgiving dinner with Gina and Marcos, but I will see my family before and after Thanksgiving day. This year for dessert I am making a cheesecake. I'm excited...I've never made a cheesecake that wasn't pumpkin. This year I am tackling a "plain" one. Keep your fingers crossed that it works!
Okay...going to go back to resting on the couch. Still trying to recover from the trip to the library and making dinner.

Edited To Add: I decided it was time for a new layout, I really like this one...it's cute. :)
