oh and it makes sense now right along the lines of sanity and perception. it's under the dirt and the grass and the decaying exoskeletons but there's understanding if you dig deep enough. it's falling falling falling not into blackness but into unkind and reflective white and where can you go what are you doing if it's blank and unwelcoming why can't we just go home and sleep it off without remembering our dreams. there are less white lies and more naked truth in what you say but it won't make a difference because what's not real what instead is fake holds up reality. we're not worried about what will happen we're worried about what won't. it's a little bit sweet and a little bit sour; our tongues are tied in knots.

i'm being silly but you all know this already. remind me: what have i done for the past four years of my life?
