Honey, I'm Hooooome!
Wow, it's nice to be back. And wow, what an amazingly awesome two weeks. God just rocked the beautiful country of Panama through 400 teenage girls (and 100 guys and adults). Wanna know what still blows my mind every time I think about it? We had (drumroll please) over 18,000 people pray with us to accept Jesus. 18,000! 18k! WHOOOOAAAAHHH!
Yes, it was good. It will take me forever to write an entry describing the whole experience, but I will eventually, I promise. Just not right now.
Anyway, I got home around 2:30 am Monday... and I hadn't slept since Friday night. And I had a head cold. So when I woke up Monday morning, I was feeling very sick. Actually, I still am definitely not feeling well... it feels pretty much exactly like when I had the flu in Feb. SO NOT FUN!!! I've been getting alot of rest, though, so hopefully I'll feel awake tonight for Connection. Right now I just want to crawl back into bed. Instead I'll go get a shower and run some errands with my mom.
It's weird how much things change in two weeks... I can't wait to hear from all of my friends about CIY... I've heard alot already and it sounds like alot changed. Sweet. Personally, I love change... most of the time. Sometimes I have a really hard time dealing with change. That's when I really have to lean into God and hold on hard.
Well, my brother now has a xanga... Just_A_Figment. He's pretty popular too, considering he already has five comments on his first entry. How did that happen? I never get five comments. *pout*. I go to Panama for two weeks and the world is turned upside down. Pretty cool.
Now I can't think of anything else to say... I know ya'll wanna hear about the trip, and you will, I promise. You'll probably hear too much about it. It was so awesome.
