What is up with LJ notifications?

You guys, I'm not getting emailed notifications of new entries on my flist. This is distressing to me, as I rely on email notifications for the content that is really important to me, rather than my friends feed (I get too busy to obsessively check the flist, yo). Stuff like run_the_con posts and all my fave writers (ALL of you, naturally) and comms. And posts to whitecollarhc

Is this a glitch/bug or a new "feature"? Anyone else notice this? I am going mental!
