I WENT ON THE TRAINS!!!!!!1!!1!!!

Apr 11, 2010 16:11

First, on Friday me, my little sister, and my mother went to see Avatar. I loved it, but it was a little too long, haha. Visually it was stunning though and that made up for it! I would have enjoyed to see it in 3-D, but I can’t afford that. (I waited until it came to the cheap show for goodness sakes.)

Also, since I’m beginning to hit the wire, I finally began really buckling down and applying at almost any and every job possible. I know I need a part-time job ASAP, but it won’t be that easy =_=;; It wouldn’t really matter that much if I didn’t have to pay electric, but yeah. So on Thursday and Friday I picked up a lot of applications and filled them out. *crosses fingers*

On a happier note, I went with Alyssa and Justin to Fort Worth yesterday and had a blast riding the trains! It was the first time I’ve been on a train since Japan. The Art Festival was a lot of fun and there was a lot to see.. but everything was so expensive it made Etsy look like a major steal!

We also went to the Water Garden there, that was the best part!!! The main water place was amazing! O___O (I posted a few pictures of it under the cut). I could have stayed there all day.

It was beginning to get late so we headed back to the train station. There was a lot of people at the station and the train had already arrived. We had to wait for Justin and his friend to get their tickets and by the time they had them the train was gone. The next train didn’t come until 10:42!!! T___T So the furthest we could get before the trains stopped running was the station near Justin’s place. We had to call up our friend Char to take me and Alyssa back home. We couldn’t thank her enough.
