Phosphofructokinase 1
Because i could'nt think up a title. =DD Btw, PFK1 catalyses Fructose 6P to Fructose 1,6 biphospate. Pyruvate kinase catalyses phosphophenolpyruvate into pyruvate (yay). This is then catalysed by pyruvate dehydogenase into Acetyl CoA.. or,..... by lactate dehydrogenase into lactate. There /are/ further details into these catabolic reactions, and im sure u'd all LOVE a demonstration, but i'd like to go hang myself now. I havent even memorised half of the objectives yet.... and what u just read is only chapter 2.
