Work, work, work
I am made an honest working man at last.
Or something like that, anyway. For those who want to know, it's 8:30-5 with half days Friday (get off at noon, woo woo). It's a pretty good job, and I love getting paid (though I won't actually until the end of next month, so it goes). More to follow, I'm sure.
I haven't used a mouse regularly since highschool, so I'd actually forgotten how badly I screwed my wrist up, back in the day. Happily, they have a tablet already, for graphics work, and I have claimed that computer. No one is going to argue with me, because most of them didn't even know what a tablet was, much less how to use one. It's a shame this one is quite so crappy.
The house slowly gets cleaner. It's good. We're going to reorganize my room completely, in particular a queen size bed. We got this absolutely fantastic frame from the hinterwebs, and Cat has a mattress. That'll be fantastic. Seira is moving out in a few days/a week or two, so we'll have the place to ourselves for a week or two before Fluffy moves in. Can't say I'm precisely sad.
