I've noticed lots of people are very leary of various season 3 Torchwood spoilers. But... since we really know very little about them, I thought I'd try my own interpretations. Behind the cut are two completely ludicrous theories. Enjoy.
Oh, and I'd absolutely love it if some of you joined the party and provided your own speculatons.

Summary: An explanation of certain spoilery video near the Millenium Center
It had been a hectic week. First the earth got stolen, and then a dalek came to visit. All in all, good reasons for a lapse in the normal cleanup routine.
But even in a crisis, Myfanwy continued to eat. Eyeing the inevitable result, Ianto lit a cigarette; postponing the job, and hopefully, deadening his sense of smell. Unfortunately, just as he was about to drop and extinguish it, Myfanwy decided to dive over her nest (and him), sending the still lit cigarette on a trajectory toward a large pile of, well…
Who knew that pteranodon dung was so explosive.

Spoilers: *WARNING* TW Season 3, DW S4 (Doctor's Daughter)
Summary: A theory on how Jack's daughter came to Cardiff
In 6021, Jack landed on Messaline. Shortly after, to the immense surprise of the inhabitants (but not the readers), he died and resurrected. Recognising a good thing, some surviving soldiers stuck his hand in the progenation machine and, voila, instant daughter.
Jack who, on principle, objected to reproduction without sex, collected his brand new daughter and departed for more congenial ports, where they (surprise) ran into Jenny.
The two women hit it off immediately, sharing a zest for life threatening adventure, with revelry afterwards. Hand in hand they vanished into the sunset, while Jack waved goodbye to his fully grown, baby girl.

Meanwhile, in a timey wimey sort of way, the Doctor was skipping randomly through time and space. By an amazing coincidence (raise your hand if you think the TARDIS is powered by an improbability drive), he arrived just as the dynamic duo were running for their lives from a pack of hungry, venomous pseudo-dinosaurs.
On learning Jenny was alive, he was ecstatic. When introduced to her companion, unfortunately, he was appalled. Next stop Cardiff, 2010.

Jack knew he was in trouble when a familiar voice called out with a distinctly infamous intonation, “Jaaack...”
“Hey, what’d I do now?”
