Some funny stories, and TDProject - day 17

I just recently got home from Kitchenware Plus. They’re the Wilton Cake Decorating official supplier for Australia. Walking around the store Jade and I were oohing and ahhing over everything, and wanting this and that and the other, and so were her kidsleth. It was so funny, watching Kristian getting all excited over kitchen equipment. Stephanie was all over the baking stuff - and the masterchef stuff. Abigail was hogging the trolley, and I think she just liked everything in general.

almond extract

That’s what we went there for. Almond extract.

I could hear Mosi scratching the rug on the floor in the kitchen, and yelled for her to stop. She didn’t. She just kept on scratching and scratching. I was about to go and spray water at her when I smelled poo.

Horrible cat had pooed on the rug. I stood next to the rug, yelling at Mosi, who’d left the kitchen (of course!) “What do you think this is?”

Tau got up and ambled over, in his normal plodding gait, stuck his neck out, sniffed a bit, said “Meow”, in a tone that said “Poo, are you stupid?”, turned and walked back out again.

Tomorrow I’m going to my folks place for a few days. I’ll be home on Wednesday, but I’ve got an oncologist appointment (just a check up) on Thursday, so next week is pretty much a non-even as far as anything else goes. Tuesday is my mums birthday, and I believe that we will be busy all day with various things she wants to do.

Dora is coming with me this time, but she’s staying with my sister (who is Dora’s dog mum’s mum
)

The other day Jade didn’t want to write a funny story online because it involves cockroaches, which are just a fact of life in Queensland, not something that only dirty people have in their houses, like might seem right to people who live in other climates.

The kidsleth saw a cockroach, and started yelling “CockEmergency! CockEmergency!” I thought that was clever
