so a bit to talk about.
i'm going back to school for an associates in graphic design. i've got some more forms to swim through before i'm actually in, but hopefully that'll get taken care of this week.
julio got a job at this company called world media. 35k a year starting. not bad for someone with only a GED, huh?
been watching Charmed like crazy. i'm addicted. but lately i've been in the mood for some anime.
i'm guessing it's from all the gaia-ing i've been doing.
no games to speak of lately. FF8 got kinda boring. i still do plan on finishing it. maybe one of these long weekends.
i beat New Super Mario Bros the other day. fucking awesome game. i'm doing another run through to get the secret worlds and whatnot.
danny has my cooking mama, but hopefully i can get that back one of these days so i can get some more GOLD MEDALS~!
today was fun as hell.
AUTO SHOOOWWW. Julio's parents invited us to Dinner and then the show afterwards. We couldn't pass it up. Here are some pics of the ACTION.
i got to check out my FAV car at the moment. the Toyota Yaris S. it fucking hauls ass, and still saves a ton of gas. I can get a hooked up one for about 15k. not bad, eh?
check out the radio! it has an lcd monitor to show you all this radio/cd info. this, to me, is amazing. especially since my day to day car is a Buick Park Avenue with an am/fm radio with 4 presets. T__T

And with the panel up! FUCKING AMAZING. also, when you hit eject, the whole panel slides foward to reveal the cd slot. :o

So after all the car googling, we ended up in the craziest part of the whole show...the JEEP EXPERIENCE~! This was basically an offroading course set up by Jeep to show people firsthand how well their cars could handle different situations. We had to wait in line for about 15 minutes to pile into this car with this crazy ass driver who would put the car in these crazy positions and then shake around violently to prove how sturdy the car was. it was like riding a roller coaster or something. :D
Here's the first part of the ride where one side of the car is driven WAAAAY higher than the other side. i was sitting on the side closest to the ground. SCARY :o
here they drive you over a bunch of logs that are at different levels. MAD BUMPY. and the dude drove over them at insane speeds of 10mph.
here's a HUGE FUCKING HILL that you basically drive up and then ROLL DOWN. i can't even remeber the degree the car was put in, but it was so scary i wiped it from my brain. =X
