Another update.
Welcome back folks. Seems like it's forever between posts but hey my life is . . . busy (that's the G rated version anyhow). They gave me another raise right after our Autumn wine dinner. At it's height we had 95 people booked for the event. UHG! Ever try to plan dinner for 100? It's a logistical nightmare. But I digress. . . I got another sizable raise. They are unwittingly making it very difficult to leave for school. I am, at the moment, considering milking it until I have a sizable amount put aside to make culinary school-going easier. It's a real poser for me.
Other than that I am pretty well. I am trying to get a social life again in the interim and, knock wood, with the new people they're hiring for the kitchen, that may happen. I miss you all (the ones I know anyway). I'll try to write again later, I am wayyyy to tired to do so right now.
