My grandma really is someone who's really good with people and it's like everyone respects her. These are my relatives from Ipoh, and not all are in the picture. It's this exact moment where "goodbyes are always with the most emotions." It's so true. When we started leaving the house, the whole family all came out and walked us out together and everyone all crowded around my grandma and she gave each and everyone one of them a kiss on their cheeks. And it's like, I've always been thinking that it's the younger generation who should be the ones going towards their elders and not the other way round, but today, I made an exception. Everyone of them came by and it's only for a sole reason - To see my grandma. I should feel grateful and proud and all, but instead, I put on a frown every time for the wrong reasons altogether. Everyone's been saying all these good stuffs but its like I don't know if they really meant it, plus I can feel it surfacing onto myself. The family that we stayed over with is really, really hospitable and their mum makes really awesome vegetarian food. To be honest, I don't think that this kind of bond is something that we, the younger generations will have or are keen on keeping it intact with our families and friends.
