Progress Report and Notes

Weighed in at 144 this morning. That's my lowest since I started my weight-loss regimen a year ago. Lowest in about ten years. Go me!

Note to self: Treadmill every day is good.

Note to self 2: Muscle weighs more than fat. Especially in your family.

Note to self 3: Clean out the meditation room...you need trance time.

Note to self 4: You need new clothes. Badly. Get some.
