I hate people
Okay the fucking Great Minnesota Get Together is over! It's done, I don't have to ask people to sample the fucking dip any longer!! I've been working for my neighbor for hte last 12 days. He owns this business called dipstix. It is exactly what it sounds like. It is a stick of dehydrated dip mix like for chips and veggies. You mix the stuff with sour cream and shmayonaise. We also sold grilling seasonings and some dehydrated soup mixes. I'm jsut sick of people doing their idiotic people thing. Everyone that walks by watns to know what our stuff is, then when i offer them a FREE sample, they give me this grimace, like you want me to taste THAT? And I'm like God people its fucking FREE. Isn't the point of hte fair to eat shitty food anyway? Besides the stuff is so tasty that I bet 8 out of 10 people who try it will buy it. HA. Or maybe I'm just good at sales. I like to think of myself as energetic and politely pushy. My boss calls what I do "upselling". Like when someone is already going to buy 3 stix and I tell them that if they buy 2 more, they'll be saving $1.25. People really go for the bargains. Costco and Walmart have trained even the shrewdest consumers well. People will pay more if they think they're getting a deal. Oh well, its over, I just had to bitch about how much people can suck.
