It's time for another dazzling update from yours truely. Filming has been excrutiating. And i've been coming home each night with a sore back. My muscles are in a tortured state. Besides all the physical stress there is the mental stress of dealing with a dear friend who is struggling through life. I'm not sleeping well at night. My thoughts are
