On those nights when you end up staying up really late do you reach that point when you feel like you must choose between these two options:
1) I should just stay up through the morning and tough it out, having to wake up later would be hard
2) I should get what sleep I can, I'll thank myself for it later
I got to that point around 4 AM this morning after finishing up that lengthy LJ post. I can safely say that history has proven time and again, short sleep is better than no sleep.
This morning I have four cans of Red Bull, and I've given myself a lengthy to-do list at work so that I can keep busy. The fact that I'm writing on LJ is just because I'm waiting on a couple of things to get back to me and I want to keep the momentum going. If I stop, I die. Like a shark. Is that true? Is that just an urban legend about sharks?
