makeyourlist: Remus Lupin and YouTube. [meta]
[obviously SO SO SO META]
I know I was supposed to choose my favourite YouTube videos, but I am actually not all that fond of YouTube. At all. And yes, wizards can watch those but I prefer not to. Would you like to know why? This is the list of things I've found while being there:
- Videos implying a relationship other than professor or father figure between myself and Harry. He's the son of one of my best friends, and the godson of another one of my best friends for Merlin's sake. He is a bit of a mix between a nephew and a son. To make a long story short, he's FAMILY. I knew him as a baby, and just...no. No. Disturbing and frightening does not begin to cover it.
- Videos implying a relationship other than professor/student between myself and any other one of my students. Yes, my wife is much younger than I am. Trust me, that does not mean I would ever date one of my students.
- Videos implying a relationship between myself and Severus that...let's just say that it goes beyond friendship.
- There are some videos with certain songs that...well they aren't disturbing (although they really are), but let's just say my mun certain people find them absolutely hilarious while I try to hide somewhere.
- Videos of Sirius going through the bloody veil. Over, and over and OVER. I was there. I lived it once already. WHY IN MERLIN'S NAME WOULD ANYONE WANT TO WATCH THAT OVER AND OVER?
... No, I don't have issues with the veil. Really. I'm fine. JUST. FINE.

Though, if I really had to post one of my favourite videos about my fandom people that I know... It'd be this one. I knew Harry had fans, I just wasn't aware they were that devoted.
