I put down a deposit for our apartment. It's 875 that's more than we were looking at but of all the under 700 apartments we looked at online the cheapest really was 850. I'm fine with paying 875 for this unit. It's 2 bed 2 bath and 1100 sq ft. there is lots of storage unlike our last place but the best part is it's a first floor corner unit. I would not have got it if it was any other one that's why I got it today. There are extra windows so we have lots of natural light and we will have a private back yard! The way the back is set up we only need a baby gate or a short garden fence to block Darby in and other dogs/people out. You will love it. It's also only about 10 miles fromKens work. I should move in May 15th but may have to move May 1st but we will see.
