Life is so bad lately for my son amd me. Too much for me to even cope with. Aug. 14th my son's neighbor below him called the Apt. complex security and told them my son was screaming at 1:40 AM. Now that I know all the details, which took forever, I can tell this horror story faster. Security then got Crisis Intervention officers to go with them to my son's apt. The Crisis Intervention is a private Co. Ugh, 1 idiot leading another.
My son is Bipolar. He takes a lot of Seroquil at night, and some Ativan. He can NOT be awakened. I can't call or knock on his door and get him up when he is asleep on his meds.
The woman Edwinda Evans, 58 years old, has been harassing ME everytime she sees me. She says my son walks too loud, etc. She is a crazy woman! I am ALWAYS courtious and kind. Too kind, because I see she will be a problem. Well, I was right!
The complex security and Crisis Intervention could not get my son to the door, so the crowbarred it open!!!!!!! He was asleep on the floor. They picked him up, led him down a steep set of stairs to the outside of his building. He was out of it. They bruised his arms from holding him up down the steps!!!! I took photos. They got an ambulance and took him to the ER. The ER never used his cellphone to call us until 6 hours later after he was in ICU. He went to ICU because they OD'd hinm on Ativan, Haldol, and Versed!!!! Huge doses! They did a CAT scan, and wanted to do a Spinal tap!!!!!! Now remember, NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH HIM!!!!!!! The hospital OD'd him! No toxicology, nothing!!!!! He was in ICU for 2 days, and a regular room for 1. He had his arms tied down, catherized, I.V.'s, you name it! I couldn't imagine what was going on. I had seen him that night and he was fine! It was like a horror movie. He was up all night like he was on acid. He saw pictures on the ceiling in ICU. He kept trying to get up to go to the bathroom, because the catheter made him feel like he had to whizz, etc. I was up for 36 hours with him. They wouldn't give him any of his real meds, because they said he had too many meds on board. DUH????!!!! Ya think! Who did that!? I want to sue everyone.
