Do you think Bush will be impeached?
It's been two weeks since my last entry so, before we start the entry proper, "How's your life?" Moving along the same lines as a few weeks ago: edging evermore towards what I want to do. As simple as that, really. Now, on to other matters...
Bush.
The question was posed leading up the mid-term election: will Democrats push for impeachment if they win back the House and Senate? At first, I thought they shouldn't. The Democrats would've only just regained positions of power, the last thing I thought they should've done was push to oust the President.
Now, with Iraq degenerating into Civil War, and the fact that we'll be faced with deadlock in the American government (Bush says yes, House & Senate say no. House & Senate say yes, Bush says no)during a time when deadlock is something we'll no longer be able to afford, something has to give... and it has to be the President. He's too rigid, too inflexible, and he's shutting out potential allies left and right. He needs to go.
