Long few nights. Haven't had any sleep, not proper sleep, in a few days. We've got the brass breathing down our necks about the number of confirmed HST kills. They want proof that the funding is being used wisely. Hell. Vamps dust. How the hell do you prove a vamp kill, bring in a baggie filled with ash? That's gonna go over really well.
At least they're still cutting Buffy a salary, and they haven't actually said they're going to do anything about the funding. But they still won't approve clearance and...the near death of Jenkyns has them a little upset. They want to know how they'd explain it to his family if he'd actually been killed. Hell, I can't deal with this right now.
Maybe we can just ship them a bunch of demon heads...I need a nest. A big one. Preferably one with a lot of slime and gore. This is Sunnydale - how hard can finding one be?
