Great guesses from the movie quote quiz thing from last time! I'm going to post some bigger hints first, and then I'll include the answers behind a cut. :-]
Almost all of these quotes are from famous SF&F movies that I'm sure you've all seen. There are two slightly more obscure ones and if anyone were to get the super bonus one right (without looking!), I'd send them a batch of cookies. It's by pure chance I saw that one, and I highly recommend it. It's one of the few truly unique movies I've seen in a while.
On to the bigger hints!
1. It's great that we don't need toilet paper in the future, but how in the world are three shells sanitary?
2. "Yeah, well, my sister's a ship. We had a complicated childhood."
3. "[...] calls me Scoun. It means 'moron.'"
4. Kind of embarrassing for the captain of the flagship to say that to an admiral....
5. Everyone got this one, but I'll give a hint anyway: The character that said the line I quoted ended up in carbonite by the end.
6. "[...] seems like an awful waste of space."
7. "EXIT! EXIT! LEFT! LEFT! EXIT! EXIT!"
8. Lead character played by John Travolta. Came out at the same time as #7.
9. "We had so much potential...but we squandered it...."
10. "I believe that which does not kill you only makes you...stranger."
11. "We just blew a 20-foot alien bird out of a department store! We're cleaning up your mess!"
12. "You're going to backstab him with a ballista?!"
13. "I take it my calculations help explain the perturbations you've been seeing in the rotation pattern of your binary star, but have been unable to explain until...this moment."
14. "Is that really what my hair looks like from the back?!"
Super bonus round:
15. Believe it or not, the main character in this movie was played by Ryan Reynolds.
15.5 "Roger has this advice: He says forget about the people who score you in the twos and threes, because they're never going to like your show. Instead, look for the nines."
