The scans from the book include basically all of the illustrated pages out of the doujinshi. The book is only about one quarter comics/illustrations, the rest is primarily short stories in Japanese and survey responses. These are the best scans that I could get of the anthology short of removing the spine, so please forgive any quality issues.
There are two comics in this scan. The first is a really cute wordless comic by Hidakatatsuki, 達樹 (風の向く儘気の向く侭), a long time Shunsui x Nanao artist. The second is a comic that contains some nudity and adult content by Code-K, ぷち, primarily an Ukitake x Unohana artist that occasionally does Shunsui x Nanao.
The rest of the scans are various illustrations, omakes, the postcard-style author notes from the back of the book, and the postcard and omake that came with the anthology.
This anthology was only sold at events and by mail order from the circle, so it's very rare and hard to find on the used market. It sold out early this year and is no longer available.
