Please forgive the warping of the pages, this is a new book and the binding is very tight. I didn't want to destroy the spine for these pics. I'm not going to scan the whole book--it's really long and most of it is not illustrated.

About a quarter of this book is illustrated. There's a couple comics, a few omakes, and cute postcards at the back that serve as notes from the individual authors. There's also pie charts (yes, pie charts), a survey answered by the authors and other Shunsui x Nanao writers, and several unillustrated stories in Japanese.

Additionally the book came with a couple extras since it's a new release: a cute postcard and an omake.
The anthology is still being sold only by mail order in Japan, and is not being shipped internationally. It's not being commissioned through stores like Mandrake or Meikido yet, so the penetration into the used market is quite low right now. Since the publisher will not ship internationally, the best way to obtain the anthology is probably through a direct trade service or a deputy purchasing service. I'm hoping they might do more projects like this one in the future; there's not a lot of Shunsui x Nanao doujinshi being created now.
Update 30 Sept 2012: The doujinshi sold out earlier this year, having never gone into stores--the penetration for this book into the market is very low.
