Today went with sis, broinlaw and neice to the Cricketers for dinner. They have a new toy to monitor blood sugar....
They keep theirs below about 7.
Mine is 19.1.... Well, thats me buggered.....
Every time I see doctors, they give this fat bastard a glucose test and always I fail at being diabetic.
Anyway, we had dinner, went to North Weald market...hardly anyone there.....went to the Nags Head for coffee, then people with kids turned up, so we went to Sainsburys.... I waste money there ...theres a couple of £6 meals reduced to £3 out in my kitchen.
Then to cafe sainsbugs for tea, sister had a meal (must eat) THEN people with kids....arggh.
