The Man From Snowy River Randomness
Just a little craziness from last night.
1. Jim Craig is an awful lot younger than he used to be!
2. I love that horse.
3. Oilskin dusters and hats make EVERYTHING cooler.
4. So do Australian accents.
5. People should say things like "Would you pass the decanter?" more often.
6. This movie is one "twu luv" away from being the Princess Bride: "Mountain Boy...Fetch me that halter?" "As yew weesh." (I'm STILL giggling over that comparison, jascott!)
7. Pretty music!
8. Life would be much easier with soundtrack music and montages to guide us along.
9. No one can resist the power of the romantic montage!
10. Pretty movie!
11. I NEEED to be kissed on horseback.
12. "Jeem" is clueless to the awkward
13. jascott and I are dorky enough to imagine supporting character fansites and missing scene fic for a movie that came out in the '80s
14. Hah!Siss! is HOT.
15. I LOVE that horse!
16. Jim + Duster + Hat + WHIP = AWESOME!
17. Must. See. Sequel!
