Well, I wasn't wearing the shirt when it absorbed the water.

I had a full day planned, and had packed my lunch, extra water bottles, workout clothes, hair stuff, etc, into a bag.

Midafternoon I discovered that the cap had come off one bottle and the t-shirt had absorbed almost the entire contents.

hmm. That's DEFINITELY possible. So, I've lost 10 pounds in the last month without really trying -- that's good, right? Of course, um, like, 75 more to go. But whatever.

Wow! Yeah, that's good. Is it just a case of sick and couldn't eat or were you doing anything to start that up?
