Today's Consumption (Day 3 of 3)

3rd Day Breakfast -
1 Yoplait smoothie (90 cal)
=90

3rd Day Lunch -
1 can Progresso Chicken Minestrone (220 cal)
½ apple (30 cal)
=250

3rd Day Dinner -
1/3 cup tuna (110-ish cal)
1 cup beets (50 cal)
1 cup sweet potato (60 cal)
½ cup cottage cheese (60 cal)
=280-ish

That puts me at 580 for the day - 330 below original menu. Which is good because I plan to get the last two cookies out of the way when I come back from the Y and start rewatching Veronica Mars.

With milk.

Should be right at 300-330. (skim milk - 80 cal per cup)

That still makes my 3-day total about 3100. Not bad. Although 1000 of it was in the WRONG type of calories.

I think I may do a shortchange thing like this in another week or two, if it was successful. But I will do it with sensible, healthy products.

I'll post my weight loss tonight or tomorrow. (today's loss won't show yet)

Oh, and next to NO water consumption today. Seriously. Like, one glass. I think it was the leftover sugar and lack of sleep that numbed me to my thirst needs. Also, it was nice and cool and windy today, which always makes it hard to drink what you need.

I will try to rememedy that in the last hours of tonight.
