Im going to Bowling Green on Saturday and Cedar Point Saturday night then back to Bowling Green.
Here is where I have to do a 7 minute mile. Im dreading it beyond belief.
Reality Check: I CAN'T DO A SEVEN MINUTE MILE!!!!
I have to drive up to detroit just so I can get a ride down there. We'll meet the team and then run the 7 minute mile skate for 2 hours (no pucks)then go to cedar point. Then we come back on Sunday and skate another 2 hours (no pucks) then we have to jump rope for 15 consecutive minutes.
