Ingredients:
3/4 Portobello Mushrooms
1 Shallot
1 Clove garlic
~inch of chorizo
Basil
2 slices of bread
Parmesan
1. Chop the garlic, shallot, chorizo & the mushroom stems finely
2. Add basil to taste, and then quickly fry together
3. While you're frying, stick the bread into a food processor and create breadcrumbs. Grate parmesan on top, again to taste, and then toss in the fried ingredients. Pulse a few times to mix it all up, then pack it into the mushroom caps.
4. Bake in the oven at 180 for about 15 minutes.
