Recycling old plans into new ones...

Ages ago, i considered going back to school. And in have already put in ten years in the pharmacy as a tech.

Now, it has been discovered that i'm 3 classes away from an Associate's Degree in General Sciences. who knew?

And i'm presently catching up on all my Continuing Education credits so that i can jump back into the pharmacy for awhile after i get back from Burning Man. I figure after a month in the desert, maybe standing around in air conditioning might not be such a bad shake...

and of the 3 classes, two of them are available at ACC in "eight-week format" starting on October 13th. So, i can do that Temple thing and still get 6 of the 9 credits i need by the end of the year.

Distance-learning, FTW! and i'm thinking i just might be positioning myself a little better to get outta' retail pharmacy altogether and maybe find my way into research. just maybe...

this is the "new plan." the old one involved student-teaching in the jungle and being gone for a month in Oct.

i figure i already spent three weeks down in Peru this year already, and i've already completed a diet this year. Hell, i still have a batch of plant medicine to diet with in my fridge so i can just take THAT. ;)

(no, it's not Ayahuasca) This way, i can actually be home for Halloween, eat whatever i want for Thanksgiving...

things are starting to sound better 'n better...
