cooking...
Ah i am cooking jambalaya as I type....has been a while since I have been active in the kitchen , and I miss it......I love to cook but seldom do for i live alone and it is hard to cook good things for just one person...so instead I am making enough to put in freezer and package for this weeks work lunches....mmmm grub.
Took a drive today as it was beautiful outside..cigar in maw and the road under my tires..felt good..always does....going to have to make a run to Canada soon as I haven't had a cuban in a long time....Cuban cigars and a fine Port...nobody tell any one as it will ruin my reputation as a beer swillin' whiskey shootin' hard ass..lol.
