Time to brush the dust away!
Wow, maintaining a blog sure is hard work, my friends. I think it's been a good two months since I posted last. I cannot say I have any more fun mis-adventures to write about, but I will try my best!
Well, for better or worse, nothing is happening in my life. For the third year in a row I've applied to be a Don. if I do not get it, this will be my final year in rez. I cannot say that I will be that sad to leave, should it come down to it.
The comic is going quite strong. Some of my more articulate rants can be found on the cornerpenthouse blog/comic posting. The comic has now been confirmed in at least two other student newspapers, one of which is the U of O's Fulcrum. Thanks to the Canadian University Press for not pointing it out to me.
As well, we will have two spots (exclusive material for the mag, not to be seen anywhere else (aside from the blog) in the new issue of Campus Life Magazine, for which I am stoked. Keep you eyes peeled the week of March 21st.
Facebook is still the devil, as is the rest of these bloody social networks I belong to. Cyber-stalking was never this easy! Not sure if that's a good or bad thing.
Ironically, thanks to Facebook, I'm now reconnected with half of my old highschool. And right when I'd finished repressing those memories! The irony here is, most of those people did not talk to me then, yet feel the need to add me to their impersonal friends list. Just in case we want to reminisce over nothing.
